Our commitment to copyright

Redixel TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

If you believe that content accessible through Redixel TV infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice using the procedure described below.

How to submit a DMCA notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, your written communication must include all of the following elements as required by 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(c)(3):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work โ€” A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material โ€” A description of the material that you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on our service (such as the URL or page title).
  3. Your contact information โ€” Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good faith statement โ€” A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement โ€” A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Signature โ€” A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.

Where to send your notice

DMCA notices should be submitted in writing via our Contact page or by email to the address provided there. Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line to ensure prompt processing.

Important: Submitting a DMCA notice with materially false information may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(f). If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, consult a legal professional before filing a notice.

Our response procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Redixel TV will:

Counter-notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Redixel TV may be found

Repeat infringer policy

Redixel TV maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of subscribers who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances, in accordance with the DMCA safe harbour provisions.
